I’m a proud native Minnesotan, having lived here all my life but for two very long hot years in Georgia. I much prefer the four seasons and cooler temperatures—except on vacation if at the beach.

I showed horses during my high school years and was the "Silver Star Saddle Club Queen" yes, I wore a crown.
I was the Cross-Country Ski Captain, and still hold the course record.

My natural platinum hair color has been with me since age 37.
I've designed, contracted, and built a few of my homes and remodeled a few more - I had a side hustle before there were side hustles.
I'm a certified group fitness and Bodypump instructor, lifting weights to music opens your mind to work out stronger...music, mind, muscle so powerful.
I've traveled extensively and enjoy being outdoors. My trip of a lifetime was to Nairobi, Kenya, where I visited the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust elephant nursery, what an amazing experience!
I’m passionate about protecting elephants, a keystone species,
elephants belong in the wild...never captive in circuses or zoos.
My superpowers are coaching, sharing knowledge and the why to help others develop, learn, and grow. I'm project and goal-focused with realistic expectations and believe it is a basic human need to have a sense of belonging.
Fun fact: As a natural problem solver, I quickly identify patterns and find solutions. I know had I lived closer to Quantico, Virginia, I would have been a serial killer profiler—but that’s another story!
For relaxation you'll find me with my family, especially my grandchildren; always ready for biking, hiking, walking, the beach, the mountains, teaching a Bodypump class or supporting an animal rescue group where the animals rescue you!
